The Fresh Demo project has now been launched.
In the year 2050, there will be almost 9 billion people in the world. Today more than 40% of crops do not end up on a plate.
For the next two years Polypan will cooperate with innovative companies, research institutes and organizations and all together we will lead the way in the battle against food waste. The goal is to develop a technology that will provide this ever growing population with fresh and healthy food.
